Dr. Rozek is a molecular cancer epidemiologist at Georgetown University whose research focuses on studying racial disparities and socioeconomic disadvantage in understudied areas of the country.
Dr. Stoffel is a Board certified gastroenterologist at the University of Michigan whose research focuses on cancer prevention through studying risk factors for colorectal cancer and clinical trials for cancer prevention.
Dr. Purrington is a cancer epidemiologist at Wayne State University whose research focuses on understanding racial disparities with special emphasis on biological mechanisms underlying cancer disparities.
Dr. Hsieh is a cancer epidemiologist at Louisiana State University-New Orleans whose research focuses on cancer surveillance, exploring health disparities and cancer outcomes.
Partnership with Detroit ROCS
This is a multi-site study with researchers from Louisiana State University, Wayne State University, Georgetown University, and the University of Michigan. We have partnered with the Detroit Research on Cancer Survivors (ROCS) research team at Wayne State University to help reach out to eligible study participants. That means that even if you live in Louisiana, you will receive mail and phone calls from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
